Hong Kong is one of the most densely populated areas in the world, with an overall density of some 6,250 people per square kilometer. Cantonese, the official Chinese language in Hong Kong, is spoken by most of the population. Hong Kong is a densely populated city, but with over 60% of the land left undeveloped, it offers a wide range of outlets for recreation, relaxation, and exploration in the great outdoors. Hong Kong is eight hours ahead of Universal Time (GMT), and it doesn't use summer time.
